CANCELLATION POLICY – IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE 

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase when shopping with us. 
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you: 

a) Receive your item.

b) Take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement involving multiple different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

c) Take physical possession of the last batch or part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of multiple batches or parts. 

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification must be made via email:info@littledeluxe.comor by using the standard cancellation form, which can be found at the bottom of the terms and conditions. 
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the item without clearly notifying us of this. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on pacifiers made according to the consumer's specifications or with clear personal touches. 

Partial Purchase Cancellation 
If you have purchased several items from us, you can return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note, however, that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase. 

RETURNING ITEMS 
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel the purchase. If you wish to return an item, we are happy to send you a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund. 
When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. 
You bear the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered.

Note:Your return shipment must only be sent to the company address – we do not collect returns sent to a parcel box or post office. However, you are welcome to return your item in person to our head office in Hinnerup at the above address. 

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION 

  • Items made according to the consumer's specifications or with a clear personal touch. 
    Please Note:  Littledeluxe does not provide a right of cancellation on custom-made pacifiers once production has started. This is accepted when placing the order. 

You lose your right of cancellation if: 
  • You break the seal or packaging on items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return. 

ITEM CONDITION WHEN RETURNING 
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it functions. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store. 
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we will consider it as used, meaning that in the event of cancellation, you will only receive part of or no refund depending on the commercial value of the item. In some cases, this may mean that you only get the shipping costs refunded. 

To receive a full refund, you must handle the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. You may try the item, but not put it into actual use. 
Your return item MUST be sent back in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item. 

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE 
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid back. In the case of depreciation, for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price. 

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will make such a refund using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed to something else. 
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it.

COMPLAINTS – IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM

The consumer protection rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to product purchases. 

When shopping at Littledeluxe.com, you naturally have a 24-month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.  It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. 

HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I COMPLAIN? 

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect with the item. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely. 

WE WILL REFUND REASONABLE SHIPPING COSTS 
If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

WE NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN RETURNING THE ITEM TO US 

When returning the item, please specify what the issue is, as clearly as possible. 
Additionally, we ask that you include a copy of your order confirmation to facilitate processing and minimize the handling time of the complaint. 

Note:  We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. 

Remember, the item must always be sent back in secure packaging, and make sure to get a receipt for sending, so we can refund your shipping costs.
