Prices
The prices on the website include VAT and Danish taxes. Shipping costs, which include postage and other shipping-related expenses, are added at checkout.
For shipments to other countries, the following rules apply:
EU Country: Danish VAT and no customs duties.
Non-EU Country: No Danish VAT, but customs duties and other fees apply according to national regulations.
Payment
At Littledeluxe.dk, you have the following payment options:

We do not charge card fees.
The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is shipped.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not covered by the chargeback scheme. Read more about the terms on PayPal’s website.
It is also possible to pay with an EAN number. Please send an email to info@littledeluxe.com to arrange payment with an EAN number.
When paying with a debit or credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You can dispute a payment when you receive your account statement. You have no liability if your card is misused on an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This makes you better protected than in physical stores, where your liability is up to DKK 1,200 if your card is misused with the PIN code.
Transactions made with payment cards on Littledeluxe are encrypted via SSL. Littledeluxe does not store this information. The charged amount can never exceed the amount you approved during purchase.

Reservation of Amounts
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds are held on your card or account until:
We debit the amount when the item is shipped, or
The funds are released according to your card issuer's policy.

Ordering
How to shop and place an order online:
Find the item(s) you want and add them to your cart.
When you’re done shopping, select "Shopping Cart."
In the cart, you can review the items you’ve selected and adjust your order if needed. Then select "Proceed to Checkout."
You will be asked to provide your personal information. Once all fields are correctly filled out, you can proceed to the next step.
Read and accept the terms and conditions.
Verify that all information is correct and confirm your order.
After completing payment by card, you will be redirected to the payment page upon order confirmation.

Delivery
Delivery Time
We strive to ship your items within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. Delivery time after shipping is 2-3 business days. If we are unable to meet this delivery timeframe, you will be notified via email.
Pickup
If you choose to pick up your order, it can be collected at Littledeluxe's address the following business day between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. This service is free of charge.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:
a) Receive your item
b) Take physical possession of the last item, if your order includes several items delivered individually
c) Take physical possession of the last batch or part of an item, if your order includes an item consisting of multiple parts or pieces
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notification must be sent via email to info@littledeluxe.com or by using the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without also clearly notifying us of this.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of pacifiers that have been customized to the consumer’s specifications or have a clearly personal imprint.
Partial Withdrawal of Purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we are happy to provide you with a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
When returning items, you are responsible for ensuring that they are securely packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered to you.

Note: Your return shipment must only be sent to the company address—we do not collect return shipments sent to parcel lockers or post offices. However, you are welcome to return your item in person to our headquarters in Hinnerup, Denmark, at the above address.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
Items that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly personalized.
Note: Littledeluxe does not offer a right of withdrawal for custom-made pacifiers once production has begun. This is accepted at the time of placing the order.
You lose your right of withdrawal if:
You break the seal or packaging on items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.
Condition of the Item When Returning It
You are only responsible for any depreciation in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. In other words, you can try the item on in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, meaning that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part of or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item. In some cases, this could mean that you will only get the shipping costs refunded.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must treat the item the same way you would in a physical store. You can try the item but not actually use it.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a reduction in the value of the item.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid to us refunded. In case of any depreciation, for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), within 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will process such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of returning it before then.

Right of Complaint

The rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to product purchases.
When shopping at Littledeluxe, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occurred due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
How quickly should I complain?
You should report the issue within "a reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When returning the item, please provide a detailed description of the issue.
Additionally, we ask that you include a copy of your order confirmation to facilitate the processing of the complaint and minimize the processing time.
Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
Please remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and make sure to get a receipt for the shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Privacy Policy
Littledeluxe is highly attentive to the need for appropriate protection and proper handling of all personal information that we receive.
We comply with all regulations in the Danish Personal Data Act as well as the European General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

We collect your personal information with the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with JEAN ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal data through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees of JEAN ApS have access to the information registered about you.

You have the right to be informed about the information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, this may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. When you shop at Littledeluxe, you can be assured that we:

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

We only send newsletters to those who have subscribed to them. You can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of the email.
The newsletters contain helpful tips for parents, the latest offers, news, and information about useful products to make everyday life a little easier.
We guarantee that we do not share or sell your email address to other companies.
Furthermore, by subscribing, you consent to receiving service messages, including reminders about abandoned carts at Littledeluxe, follow-up emails after purchases at Littledeluxe, and emails containing products from Littledeluxe that you have shown interest in.

To file a complaint, the product or service you are complaining about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to process the complaint.

Pacifiers and Durability
Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-8 weeks of use. Always check the pacifier for wear before giving it to your child. If your child uses natural rubber pacifiers, it is especially important to replace them regularly. Natural rubber pacifiers can grow in size and change color from yellow to brown as they wear out. A good tip is to always have several in use at the same time, which you replace periodically. This way, you can always see when one of the natural rubber pacifiers is ready to be replaced.
