The prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT and Danish taxes. When paying, shipping costs are added, which include postage and other costs in connection with shipping.
When shipping to other countries, there are other rules:
• EU country: Danish VAT and no customs
• Non-EU country: no Danish VAT, customs and other taxes in accordance with national rules.
At Littledeluxe.com, you have the following payment options:
- Visa electron
- Master card
It is also possible to pay with an EAN number. Send an email to info@Littledeluxe.com for further agreement on payment with EAN.
When paying with a payment card, you are always secured against abuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your bank statement. There will be no deduction made in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better secured than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your debit card is misused using the pin code.
Transactions with payment cards via Littledeluxe.com are encrypted via SSL. Littledeluxe.com does not receive this information. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

How to shop and order online:
1. Find the item or items you want and put them in the basket.
2. When you have finished shopping, select "Shopping Cart"
3. In the basket, you can see which items you have chosen, and here you'll have the opportunity to customise your order. Then select "Go to checkout"
4. You will be asked to provide us with your personal information. When the fields are filled in correctly, you can proceed to the next step.
5. Read and accept the terms and conditions of trade, you also accept that errors can be made regarding sold-out items as well as typing errors in prices.
6. Check that all information is correct and approve the order.
7. After paying by card, and upon approval of the order, you will come to the payment page.
When you shop with Littledeluxe.com, agreements are entered into in Danish.
If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to info@Littledeluxe.com.
We strive to have your goods shipped 1-3 business days after receiving payment. If we cannot meet this delivery time, you will be notified by email.
Littledeluxe ships with Postnord. Your order will have added postage, cf. Postnord's applicable tariffs at any time, plus a small amount to cover packaging and handling.
At Littledeluxe, there is free delivery in Denmark for orders over DKK 250.
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, the order can be picked up at Littledeluxe's address on weekdays between 9am and 3pm.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL — IF YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE
You have a 14-day right of refusal when you shop with us when you
a) have received your item
b) receive the last item in physical possession when there is an agreement regarding several different goods, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually
c) receive the last batch, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you want to return your purchase. The notice must be given by email: info@Littledeluxe.com.
You cannot simply refuse to receive the item without giving us clear notice.
Remember that we do not take back pacifiers that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item.
When returning the item, you are responsible for the item being packed properly.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
The costs for returns in Denmark are expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 110 DKK.
GOODS NOT VALID FOR RIGHT OF REFUSAL
- Products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
Note: Littledeluxe does not grant a right of refusal on custom-made pacifiers once production has begun. This is accepted when placing the order.
You lose your right of refusal if;
- you break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
STATE OF GOODS WHEN YOU RETURN AN ITEM
You are solely liable for any loss of value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning mode of the product. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in a different way to that described above, we consider it as used. In other words, the purchase is cancelled and you will only receive part of the purchase amount for the item returned or no refund depending on its commercial value.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get a refund on the amount you paid. In the event of any damage for which you are liable, an amount will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of refusal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding return delivery costs, and no later than 14 days from the date where we have been notified of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will issue the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Unless you have provided the return documentation, we may withhold the refund until we receive the item.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT — IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's defect rules applies to purchases of goods.
When you shop at Littledeluxe.com, you of course have a 24-month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour.
HOW QUICKLY DO I NEED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time period" after you have discovered the defective item. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be considered timely.
WE REFUND REASONABLE SHIPPING COSTS
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the item, please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.
In addition, we ask you to enclose a copy of your order confirmation to facilitate case processing and minimise the processing time for complaints.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by COD mail or similar.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY — WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Littledeluxe.co.uk is very aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of all personal data that we receive.
We comply with all rules in the Personal Data Act as well as in the European General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you.
The personal information is registered with JEAN ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that this only happens when you've given your express consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and the employees of JEAN ApS have access to the information that is registered about you.
The Data Controller for Littledeluxe (JEAN ApS) is Henrik Jensen.
Being registered with JEAN ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this must be directed to JEAN ApS via email.
When you shop at Littledeluxe.com, you can be sure that we:
- Do not pass on or sell your personal information to third parties
- Do not collect personal information about you from third parties
- It is up to you to decide whether you want to be deleted from the customer database
- Inform you at all times about any information we may have about you.
At Littledeluxe, the information you share with us is confidential. We do not pass on or sell your name, email, address, credit card information or any other information about you to third parties and we do not record any personally identifiable information. We store the information for five years, after which it will be deleted.
Information is only passed on to third parties outside Littledeluxe if it is necessary to be able to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. For example, name and address information is passed on to shipping agents in connection with their delivery of goods.
