Choosing the right pacifier size primarily depends on your baby’s age - but also on their individual preferences and development. FRIGG pacifiers are available in two sizes:
- Size 1 – 0–6 months
- Size 2 – 6+ months
The sizes are only guidelines, as every baby is different. Some babies prefer a larger or smaller pacifier than recommended — the most important thing is that it feels safe and comfortable for your baby.
We recommend that you:
- Start with the size that matches your baby’s age
- Look for signs that the pacifier fits well (e.g. if it falls out or seems too large)
- Try different sizes and shapes to find the right fit

Should I choose silicone or latex?
There’s no single right answer - it depends on your baby’s preferences and your everyday needs.
Silicone and latex (natural rubber) each have different properties:
Silicone:
- Firm and retains its shape over time
- Tasteless and odorless
- Extra durable and easy to clean
Latex (natural rubber):
- Softer and more flexible
- Feels more like the mother’s breast
- Often preferred by newborns
Some babies clearly prefer one over the other, while others accept both. It can therefore be a good idea to try both materials and see what your baby prefers.
Please note if there is a known latex allergy in your family - in that case, we recommend choosing silicone.
Regardless of what you choose, it’s important to regularly check the pacifier for signs of wear and replace it as needed. We recommend rotating between several pacifiers and replacing them every 4 weeks.

It’s easy to order a pacifier with a name from us.
- Choose a pacifier that can be engraved (this is indicated on the product page)
- Add free engraving directly on the product
- Select your preferred font
- Enter the name or text you would like engraved
You can enter up to 12 characters per line and a maximum of 2 lines.
Once you’re done, simply add the pacifier to your cart and complete your order as usual.
Engraving is completely free.

All FRIGG pacifiers are produced in Denmark. The production follows all applicable requirements and standards, including the European safety standard EN 1400 + A2.
In addition, each pacifier undergoes extra quality testing before being approved for sale. This helps ensure that you receive a pacifier that meets the highest standards of safety and durability.
