Delivery of your order

We basically deliver within 1–3 working days, depending on your address. During periods of public holidays or extra busyness with the freight suppliers, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

We offer:

• Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499.
  
• DKK 39 in shipping for purchases under DKK 499.
  

Your order will be sent with GLS.

If you choose delivery to a parcel shop, you will receive a message directly from GLS when your parcel is ready for collection. The message is sent as SMS and/or e-mail, depending on the contact information you have provided.

Tracking

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from the selected shipping supplier with a tracking number and one link, so you can easily follow the package's path.

You can either click directly on the link in the email or enter the tracking number on the freight supplier's website to see updates about the delivery.

I can't see updates on my tracking - what do I do?

There can be up to 24 hours, from your order has been shipped, before the tracking information becomes visible. If you still don't see updates after this, or if you have any questions about your delivery, you're always welcome to contact us.

We are happy to help and follow up so that your order arrives safely. You can always contact us via e-mail or telephone, if you need help or simply want a status on your delivery.

Return & Refund

Here you will find a quick overview of our rules for returns and refunds. If you need more details, you can always read the full terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.

• You have 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
  
  
• Regret must be communicated clearly - e.g. via e-mail or call.
  
  
• Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after you have given notice.
  
  
• Hygiene products (e.g. pacifiers, bottle pacifiers, teething rings and care products) cannot be returned if the packaging is broken or the item has been used.
  

• Personalized pacifiers (pacifiers with a name) cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you.
  
  
• In the event of an approved cancellation, the price of the product and our cheapest standard delivery will be refunded.
  
  
• Any return freight and depreciation are deducted.
  
  
• The refund can take up to 10 working days, before the amount is visible on your account, depending on the bank and payment method.

Secure Payment

When you shop at Littledeluxe, you can rest assured that your payment is handled securely and responsibly. We use Shopify Payments, which is one of the world's most used and secure payment platforms.

All payments are processed via encrypted connections, so that your card details are protected throughout the purchase process. Shopify complies with the strictest international security standards (PCI DSS) and your payment information is never accessible to us.

To protect both you and us, the following is automatically used:

• 3D Secure, where your bank may ask for additional approval of the payment
  
• Advanced fraud protection, which helps detect suspicious transactions
  
• Card verification, so that the payment can only be made with the physical card
  

This means that your payment is verified before the order is completed - and that the risk of abuse is minimized.

Right of complaint

When you shop at Littledeluxe, you are naturally covered 24 months
reklamationsret in accordance with the Purchase Act.

The right to complain applies if there is an error or deficiency in the product that was present at the time of delivery. If you experience a deficiency, please contact us within a reasonable time - complaints within 2 months are always considered timely.

By an eligible
complaint, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a discount on the price or get
the purchase cancelled, depending on the specific situation. Any reasonable
shipping costs are refunded.

The right of complaint is your statutory right and also applies to personalized goods, including pacifiers with a name, if there is an error or defect in the product.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 day right of withdrawal, when you shop at Littledeluxe.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you:

• Have received your item
• Gets physical possession of the last item if several items are ordered in one order and delivered individually.
• Takes physical possession of the last lot or part if it is an item that is delivered in several lots or parts

You must, before the end of the withdrawal period, give us clear message that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice can be given by e-mail or by using our
standard withdrawal form (you will find it in our trading conditions).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, including personalized pacifiers with a name.

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time notifying us of the cancellation.

After you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter. Returns are made in accordance with our current terms and conditions.
