You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received - unused and in original packaging.
How to return

Follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@littledeluxe.dk with your order number
- We will send you a return label*
- Wrap the item securely and attach the return label
- Drop off the parcel at the nearest parcel shop
*DKK 29 is deducted from your return amount for the return label.
You will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the item.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The following products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons:
• Pacifiers that have been opened
• Products with personal engraving
• Hygiene products where the seal is broken
Complaint
2 year right of complaint
2 year right of complaint
You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of complaint covers faults and defects caused by production or material faults.
