We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@littledeluxe.dk or call us on +45 5097 2208 if you wish to change or cancel your order. We can only guarantee changes if the order has not already been dispatched.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click on the link in the email to track your package. You can also log in to your account and see the order status under 'My orders'.

Pacifiers typically come in the following sizes:
Size 1 (0-6 months): For newborns and small babies
Size 2 (6-18 months): For slightly larger babies
What is the difference between natural rubber and silicone pacifiers?
What is the difference between natural rubber and silicone pacifiers?
Natural rubber:
• Natural material from rubber trees
• Softer and more flexible
• May have a mild rubber taste
• Typically lasts 6-8 weeks
Silicone:
• Synthetic material
• More durable and hygienic
• No taste or smell
• Typically lasts 2-3 months
How do I clean pacifiers?

Before first use:
• Boil the teat for 5 minutes
• Let it cool down
Daily cleaning:
• Wash in warm water with mild soap
• Rinse thoroughly
• Allow to air dry
Tip: Replace the pacifier if it is damaged, discolored or has visible signs of wear.

Is engraving free?
Yes! We offer free engraving on many of our pacifiers. The engraving is carried out with advanced UV-laser technology, which ensures a durable and safe result.
Which pacifiers can be engraved?
Which pacifiers can be engraved?
Look for products marked with 'Can be engraved' in our webshop. Typically, pacifiers with a flat shield can be engraved. The engraving is done on the shield and does not affect the function of the teat.
How many characters can be engraved?
How many characters can be engraved?
You can typically engrave up to 10-12 characters depending on the size of the pacifier. We recommend short names for best results.

How long is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 14 on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. The delivery time is typically 1-3 working days in Denmark.
When will I get free shipping?
When will I get free shipping?
You get free shipping for purchases over DKK 499. For purchases under DKK 499, shipping costs DKK 39.
Can I return an engraved pacifier?
Can I return an engraved pacifier?
Unfortunately, personally engraved products cannot be returned as they are custom made for you. Non-engraved products can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
