Prices

All prices on the website are stated in DKK and include VAT and Danish taxes. Delivery costs are added at checkout.

Order entry and order confirmation

By clicking "Pay now" you place an order for the items in your shopping basket. You will then receive an automatic e-mail receipt for the receipt of your order. This receipt is not a binding order confirmation, but only a confirmation that we have received your order.

First, one is entered into binding purchase agreement, when you receive an e-mail from us informing you that your order is dispatched. The order confirmation is considered received when it is delivered to the e-mail server you specified during the order.

Littledeluxe only sells to consumers for private use. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order if:

  • the order is placed for the purpose of resale or commercial purpose,
  • there are obvious price, writing or system errors,
  • the order is placed as a result of technical errors, abuse or fraud,
  • the order is placed using automated systems, bots, scripts or similar technologies, or
  • the ordered item is sold out or cannot be delivered as expected.

In the event of rejection or cancellation of the order, any reserved amounts will be released immediately and you will receive notification per e-mail.

Payment

We accept the following means of payment: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, MasterCard, Maestro, MobilePay, PayPal and EAN (by agreement).

  • We do not charge card fees.
  • The amount raised first, when the item is shipped. In case of partial delivery, only the shipped goods are charged.
  • With international cards, the amount can be reserved by your card issuer upon approval. Release of reservation in the event of cancellation or partial dispatch is controlled by the card issuer.
  • If you pay via PayPal, PayPal's own rules for objections apply; your inalienable consumer rights under Danish law are not affected by this.

Security

Payment is processed via PCI DSS certified providers. Littledeluxe does not have access to your full card details.

Order - this is how you act

  1. Add items to basket
  2. Go to basket and select "Go to checkout"
  3. Fill in contact and delivery information
  4. Accept the terms of trade
  5. Approve the order and pay

Delivery and collection

Delivery time: We usually ship within 1 - 3 business days after ordering. Transport time is typically 1 – 3 working days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail.

If you find that your order is delayed or that the delivery time seems abnormally long, please do not hesitate to contact us for help.

Pickup: Collection at our address the following weekday at 9–15 (free).

The risk for the goods passes to you upon delivery/collection. Ensure correct address and access conditions.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) get physical possession of the item.

  • In case of partial delivery: The deadline runs from the receipt of the last item/lot.
  • You must give us clear notice before the deadline expires – e.g. by email or by using the standard cancellation form below.
  • You cannot undo by simply refusing receipt without giving notice.

Return

You must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have communicated your cancellation. We can issue a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund, or you can send it back yourself at your own expense.

Important: Return only to the company address (not parcel box/post office). You can also deliver physically at the address.

You bear the risk of the goods until we receive them. Pack securely and keep receipt/track & trace.

Goods excepted cancellation

  • Goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or with a clear personal touch (e.g. custom-made pacifiers) once production has begun.
  • Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return when the seal/seal is broken.

Products that cannot be returned after opening

For reasons of hygiene and safety, products that have been used are taken unpacked, opened or used, no return. This applies in particular to pacifiers, bottle pacifiers, teething rings, cloth products, care products and other goods that come into direct contact with the child. If the packaging is broken, the product cannot be resold as new, and the right of withdrawal expires cf. Consumer Contracts Act §18, subsection 2, No. 5.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in value due to handling other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Try it on as in a physical store, but don't actually use it.

Repayment

In case of timely cancellation, we will refund the payment incl. our cheapest standard delivery (excluding any additional delivery chosen by you). Any impairment and any return freight (when using our label) is deducted.

Refunds are made no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of cancellation - however, we can detain, until the item has been returned or you have provided documentation for dispatch. Repayment is made with the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Right of complaint

As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint under the Sales Act. In the event of a justified defect, you can get a repair, exchange, refusal or cancellation depending on the specific situation.

  • Complain within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. Complaints within 2 months are always considered timely.
  • If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

Choice of law and venue

Agreements entered into with Littledeluxe are subject to Danish law and can be brought before Danish courts. This does not affect inalienable consumer rights in your country of residence.

Pacifiers and durability

Pacifiers should be replaced after 4 - 8 weeks of use. Check always for wear before use. Natural rubber pacifiers can grow and change color with wear and use. Feel free to have several in use and replace regularly.
